How long does it take for home delivery?
Upon order, we aim to pack your order for dispatch within 2 working days. The couriers will pick your order up, and usually it takes roughly 2-3 days for standard local delivery. This excludes any delays during high peak periods like seasonal holidays.
What courier do you use for deliveries?
We generally use Singpost, JT & T or Qxpress for most of our deliveries.
Why am I being charged for delivery on my order when it states standard delivery is free?
If there is any dispute regarding additional delivery charges, do email us at with your order number, for our team to verify and assist you.
I haven’t received a dispatch email/email confirmation?
Please be aware an automated email is sent to you to the given email address when your order is dispatched. Please check all folders including your junk mail. To ensure emails reach you, add the domain to your safe senders list.
Can I collect from a local store?
We do allow self collection from our online store at 1026 Sembawang Road, Singapore 758499. This option can be selected during your checkout. Once your order is ready for collection, a second confirmation mail will be sent to you to inform you to collect your order.
Do you deliver on Weekend?
Our courier partners do not deliver on weekends currently. If you require weekend delivery, you may contact us via Whatsapp at 93830169 to arrange for expedited delivery or discuss any special arrangements with us. Additional costs for such delivery options may apply.
Can I track my item?
Yes. You will be sent a dispatch confirmation email as soon as your order has been processed. This email will also contain your tracking number as well as the link to the relevant courier partner.
Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately, we do not ship our products internationally at the moment.
How do you ensure that my order will be in good condition?
We do inspect all of the products before packing your order for shipping. However, if in the event there is any issue with your order, you may whatsapp us at 93830169 or email us at, and we will be glad to rectify it.
